AviaPartner acts solely as an authorized commercial distributor and marketing partner. AviaPartner is not a telecommunications operator and does not provide electronic communications services. All connectivity services are technically delivered by Simfinity Telco LLC and its licensed network partners. No subscriber relationship for telecommunications services is established between AviaPartner and the end user.

2. NATURE OF SERVICES

Services include remote eSIM provisioning, QR code delivery, prepaid mobile data bundles, and customer support. Services are digital, prepaid, and non-subscription. No physical SIM card is provided.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND DEVICE RESPONSIBILITY

Users must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and use an eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked device. Device compatibility is the sole responsibility of the user. No refund shall be granted due to incompatibility.

4. PAYMENT PROCESSING

Payments are processed by Simfinity Telco LLC through licensed third-party providers including Stripe. Simfinity Telco LLC acts as merchant of record. Neither party stores full card data. Chargebacks or fraudulent claims may result in suspension.

5. REFUND POLICY

Refunds may be granted only if the eSIM has not been activated, no data has been consumed, and a verified technical failure occurred. Activated or partially used bundles are non-refundable. Refills are non-refundable.

6. FAIR USAGE AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Bundles are intended for personal human use only. Automated use, resale, coupon abuse, self-referral abuse, or fraud is prohibited.

7. NETWORK LIMITATIONS

Coverage and speeds depend on local operators. Uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific bundle. No liability for indirect damages or business loss.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All systems, software, APIs, and infrastructure remain the exclusive property of Simfinity Telco LLC.

10. DATA PROTECTION
